The East Coast Championships is a USAV sanctioned event. We welcome and encourage teams from other countries to attend. In order to compete, all foreign teams must complete paperwork as required by USA Volleyball.
Foreign Team Forms are available on the USAV web site. Scroll down to the section titled “Foreign Teams“. Foreign Teams must also include a Letter of Good Standing from their volleyball federation.
Also note the 2023 USAV age definitions, which differ than the FIVB age groups.
The ECC will provide warmup balls on all courts for the event. Coaches can leave their warmup balls behind. No more lugging balls and carts from the car to the hotel to the convention center.
In fact, no outside balls or carts will be allowed inside the convention center, so please leave them behind.
No teams will be checked in after 12:00pm on the first day of play.
At Team Check In, the Team Representative is issued credentials for each player on the roster up to 15 and each staff member up to 3 coaches. These credentials are included as part of the Team Registration fee – there is no extra charge for them.

Online check-in is required for all teams and opens the Monday before each tournament weekend. This can be done electronically via AES on any device by following these steps:
Coach and athlete credential pick up – Coaches will still need to check in prior to play to pick up credentials and a roster to get into the Convention Center to play.
